The Air Travel Log application facilitates the meticulous tracking of all flight details, allowing users to log their flights comprehensively while ensuring data privacy, as all information is securely stored on their device without the need for account creation or registration.

This application caters to aviation enthusiasts, providing a detailed overview of flight activities through various data fields, including:

The master data—such as Airlines and Aircraft Equipment—is user-defined and customizable, including the option to set logos and colors for airlines or manufacturers.

Flight data entry offers flexibility, allowing users to input information:

 <li>Manually</li>
 <li>By importing a Wallet Boarding Pass</li>
 <li>By scanning a boarding pass using the device camera or a screenshot of a mobile boarding pass. Note that boarding pass barcodes provide limited flight information, such as flight times.</li>
</ul>

User-friendly features include the ability to initiate boarding pass imports directly from the Wallet Pass by sharing it with Air Travel Log. Additionally, data can be imported using tab-separated data files.

An array of reports is available to provide insights into flight activities, such as:

 <li>Overview Report: total number of flights, distance traveled, total flight duration, and an analysis of airlines and airports used.</li>
 <li>Records: including shortest and longest flight duration and distance.</li>

The reports can be customized based on flight count or distance, with options to filter by specific criteria. Advanced filtering capabilities allow for quick searches to locate desired flights easily, while the context filter in the FlightCard helps users find flights with similar details.

A key feature of Air Travel Log is its commitment to data ownership; all information resides solely on the user's device. Advanced options enable import and export of data and images for seamless transitions from other applications or manual lists. Backup and restore functionalities ensure that your data remains secure and accessible at all times.
